Choose up to three entrees to be served from the truck (one per person, charged by each entree served), and your choice of 3 cold sides served buffet style. Disposable plates, napkins, and utensils provided.

-COCKTAIL SANDWICHES (40 pieces) – $75
Assortment of turkey/provolone, ham/swiss, roast beef/cheddar, & salami/prosciutto/provolone sandwiches on ACME breads. Each sandwich is dressed with light mayo, dijon, crisp field greens, & tomato with salt/pepper.

Build your own canape. Savory house-made charred-tomato pomodoro, roasted garlic hummus, & zesty olive tapenade compliment hearty slices of toasted ACME baguette.
-POACHED SHRIMP (2 POUNDS) – $40
Large shrimp, poached with Old Bay, lemon, & white wine. Served with house-made spicy cocktail sauce.
SKEWERS –(30 pieces) $60
Boneless chicken breast, tender lamb, hearty beef, & vegetable skewers. Marinated & marked on the grill, baked to finish.
Served with garlic or balsamic dressing.
STUFFED PORK LOIN – $75
Pork loin rubbed with paprika, lemon zest, & parsley. Sliced thin, & served with grilled asparagus & roasted peppers.
