THE FOOD TRUCK EXPERIENCE

$15 Per person, $600 minimum. Limited delivery area.

Seasonal availability

Choose up to three entrees to be served from the truck (one per person, charged by each entree served), and your choice of 3 cold sides served buffet style. Disposable plates, napkins, and utensils provided.

Mix of fresh & grilled vegetables, served with herbed ranch dip.

-DELI PLATTER – $70

Sliced ham, turkey, roast beef, salami, sharp cheddar, swiss, & provolone. Garnished with house pickles, pepperoncini, & marinated olives. Served with deli mustards, bread, & crackers.

-COCKTAIL SANDWICHES (40 pieces) – $75

Assortment of turkey/provolone, ham/swiss, roast beef/cheddar, & salami/prosciutto/provolone sandwiches on ACME breads. Each sandwich is dressed with light mayo, dijon, crisp field greens, & tomato with salt/pepper.

-CROSTINI – $35

Build your own canape. Savory house-made charred-tomato pomodoro, roasted garlic hummus, & zesty olive tapenade compliment hearty slices of toasted ACME baguette.

-POACHED SHRIMP (2 POUNDS) – $40

Large shrimp, poached with Old Bay, lemon, & white wine. Served with house-made spicy cocktail sauce.

SKEWERS –(30 pieces) $60 

Boneless chicken breast, tender lamb, hearty beef, & vegetable skewers. Marinated & marked on the grill, baked to finish.

Served with garlic or balsamic dressing.

STUFFED PORK LOIN – $75

Pork loin rubbed with paprika, lemon zest, & parsley. Sliced thin, & served with grilled asparagus & roasted peppers.

Includes bread & cracker tray w/ deli mustard.

Beautiful display of ripe pineapple, cantaloupe, honeydew, grapes, & kiwi.

SMOKED SALMON – $80

Flaky smoked salmon, & cold-smoked salmon served w/cucumber, red onion, capers, horseradish sour cream, & grilled asparagus. Garnished w/fresh dill & lemon wedges. Includes bread & cracker tray.

ANTIPASTO – $75

Genoa salami, prosciutto, thin-sliced pork loin, Manchego, provolone, herbed chevre, roasted peppers, marinated olives, house pickles, pepperoncini, & marinated artichoke hearts.

BREAD & CRACKERS – $10

Sliced ACME baguette & assorted crackers.

A great accompaniment for fruit & cheese.

-DEVILED EGGS (3 DOZEN) – $40

Stuffed, hard-cooked eggs with smoked paprika. Served with pesto, Tiger Sauce, Sambal (spicy chile paste), house pickles, & pepperoncini.

Buffet pricing includes drop-off service with disposable plates, napkins, & cutlery.
